ESMA选择3个英国CCP进行脱欧后运营
欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）周一宣布，它将承认在英国成立的三个中央交易对手（CCP）为第三国中央交易对手，在英国脱欧交易的最后期限结束后，为28个国家的欧盟提供服务。
这三家CCP分别是ICE Clear Europe Limited、LCH Limited和LME Clear Limited。
英国脱欧公投结束几年后，英国和欧盟在今年早些时候达成了脱欧协议，过渡期为11个月，直到2020年12月31日。
双方的立法者和监管者正在精简分离程序，因为包括个人和公司在内的许多人将会退出。
9月21日公布的最新授权法案，列出了针对第三国CCP的新的监管制度。此外，欧盟委员会通过了一项等价决定，确定了适用于英国建立的CCP的监管框架的适用期限。
CCP是承担交易参与方之间的对手信用风险，为外汇、证券、期权和衍生品合约的交易提供清算和结算服务的金融机构。因此，它们的服务在金融市场中至关重要。
