智通财经APP获悉，周四，高盛集团的经济学家现在认为，在明年之前不会有额外的财政刺激措施，他们对美国第四季度经济增长的预测减半。
以Jan Hatzius为首的研究人员现在预测，这个世界上最大经济体的经济增长将按年化季度扩张3%，低于他们此前预期的6%。
此前包括高盛等著名机构都押注美国会通过更多的财政刺激法案，但现况是，美国国会至今仍陷入僵局。从政治角度来看，美国政界的重点已转移到总统大选和最高法院大法官这两个关键位置的角逐上，而不是与经济有关的刺激法案。
Hatzius表示：“很明显，眼下美国国会不太可能通过进一步的财政刺激措施，这意味着，目前正在发放的最后一轮额外失业救济金到期后，最早要等到2021年才可能发放新的财政补贴。刺激措施的缺失将减少可支配收入，这将对消费者支出产生影响。”
