需求和飓风哪个更该忧虑？油价大跌后反弹至40美元附近
经历之前的大跌之后，随着飓风扰乱美国石油生产，WTI油价周二亚市早盘一度回升至40美元，日内涨近1%。
报道称热带风暴Beta在美国得克萨斯州引发洪水，并将冲击路易斯安那州。分析预计，风暴不会给陆上炼油厂带来太多问题，同时海上钻井平台的中断也不太可能持续很久。
但与此同时，市场对需求减弱的担忧依然存在，周一WTI盘中一度大跌4%。
市场担心美国可能在秋季和冬季再度经历新冠疫情周期，这恐将影响经济前景。此外随着美国联邦最高法院大法官金斯伯格去世，美国两党围绕着提名人之间的争夺可能会影响更多财政刺激方案的出台。
供应方面，媒体称利比亚国家石油公司解除了油田和港口的不可抗力，公司将重新启动石油生产以及马萨哈里加港的运营。报道援引相关人士称，利比亚的石油产量在几天后将达到31万桶/日，目前该数字是9万桶/日。
