智通财经APP获悉，据相关媒体消息，目前医药科技公司施贵宝(BMY.US)已经完成了对于Forbius公司的相关交易；据悉，施贵宝收购Forbius的主要目的是该公司的TGF-beta项目，而TGF-beta的核心是目前处于实体瘤、系统性硬化症以及骨髓纤维化一期开发阶段的AVDI200项目。
目前有关Forbius旗下由现有股东持有的非TGF-beta项目资产将被转让给一家新成立的私人公司。
根据交易条款，Forbius的股东将收到该项收购交易的预付款以及收购进度指引，而交易具体的财务条款并没有得到披露。
