曼氏集团 Man Group 启动1亿美元股份回购计划！
曼氏集团 (Man Group plc.) 9月18日宣布，已启动一项新的1亿美元股份回购计划，此次股份回购行动预计将于2021年9月17日结束。据估计，回购股份数将为6600万股左右。
曼氏集团此次回购股份的目的有两个。一是，减少公司股本，为此目的回购的股份将被注销。二是，确保履行员工认股计划相关义务，确保按计划向公司员工或公司行政、管理、监督成员和联系人分配相应股份，为此目的回购的股份将置于库存之中。
曼氏集团将参考市场状况、股价、交易量等因素，不时通过公开市场交易回购股份。该公司已委托摩根大通证券有限公司 (JP Morgan Securities plc) 管理和执行此次股份回购计划。
