被空头盯上、被SEC调查，Nikola创始人辞去董事长职位

英为财情Investing.com – 据外媒周一报道，最近被做空机构盯上的“重卡版特斯拉” Nikola Corp (NASDAQ:NKLA)宣布，其创始人特雷弗·米尔顿（Trevor Milton）辞去了执行董事长的职务，立即生效。
米尔顿被认为是Nikola这家公司的对外代表人物。他的职位将由董事会成员史蒂芬·吉尔斯基（Stephen Girsky）接替，吉尔斯的头衔将为董事长 。
虽然米尔顿的辞职减少了空头能够攻击的目标，但这亦使Nikola的未来发展增添了不确定性。
9月10日，做空机构Hindenburg Research称Nikola是一个骗局，促使美国SEC介入调查。
此外，本月早些时候，通用汽车宣布以20亿美元收购Nikola的部分股份，帮助其制造新型皮卡。
