Kraken获得怀俄明州首个加密货币银行牌照
美国加密货币交易所Kraken已经获得了美国怀俄明州监管机构的批准，可以根据SPDI法的授权建立加密银行。Kraken已收到怀俄明州银行部门的正式通知，其子公司的申请已被接受。
Kraken根据怀俄明州的特殊目的存款机构（SPDI）法申请了银行执照。它将暂时以“Kraken Financial”的名义开展业务。
SPDI银行执照允许Kraken运营一家独立的银行，这将减少对第三方金融机构的依赖，并允许Kraken为数字资产提供存款、托管和信托服务。
在运营的第一阶段，Kraken Financial将只向美国居民提供账户。
Krakens希望成为美元支付系统兼容的桥梁和数字资产的保管人。然而，它被要求遵守所有联邦和州法律，包括“了解您的客户”（KYC）、反洗钱和相关法规。它还将遵守怀俄明州的SPDI和数字资产法，其中包括要求法定货币存款必须100%保留，并满足消费者保护标准。
自2018年以来，怀俄明州一直在发展其加密计划，当时它宣布计划起草特殊目的银行立法，以满足加密公司的需求。现在，该州已经建立了针对加密银行牌照的全面框架和监管程序，这是其他地方没有的。
