身兼多职！袁淑琴Nicole Yuen又加入盈透证券集团任独立董事
专业电子交易公司盈透证券集团（ Interactive Brokers Group）今天宣布，任命袁淑琴（Nicole Yuen）为公司的独立董事，任命通知将于2020年7月1日起生效。
Nicole Yuen是一位拥有20多年经验的投行专家，近期担任过瑞士信贷集团（Credit Suisse）的董事总经理、北亚股票主管兼大中华区副主席。在供职瑞士信贷的6年，她领导团队成功在中国大陆建立经纪业务，同时很好地监督了瑞士信贷在北亚的股票业务。
加入瑞士信贷之前，Nicole Yuen在瑞银集团（UBS）工作了18年，负责监管公司在香港的股票业务，并领导团队将股票业务向中国大陆扩展。在职业生涯早期，Nicole Yuen还曾在中国证监会上市委员会任职，在美国、英国、香港执业。
Nicole Yuen现在还是香港证监会程序覆检委员会委员、香港政府统计处顾问、香港廉政公署审查贪污举报咨询委员会委员。
