香港汇丰银行推出了首个针对中小型企业的商业遥距开户解决方案。现在，企业所有者可以随时随地开户，不必与银行面对面或视频会议，也无需提交实物文件和签名。开户申请流程完全数字化且无纸化。
汇丰工商金融中小企业负责人陈庆耀表示：“这种无缝的开户解决方案意味着小型公司和初创企业可以快速、轻松地获得可靠便捷的银行服务，充分体现了我们对支持香港中小型企业，推动银行业数字创新的承诺。”
客户可以通过汇丰银行的在线账户申请中心和Business Express移动应用程序完成企业综合账户的申请。客户甚至可以立即获取账号，根据指示注册企业网上银行并激活其移动安全密钥。
香港汇丰银行已经成立了一个团队来处理遥距开户申请，他们将通过电话与客户联系，了解这些中小型企业的更多信息。另外，客户也可以通过HSBC Live Chat寻求客户服务人员的实时帮助。
