央行开展1200亿元逆回购操作 14天期限利率降20个基点
中国人民银行18日以利率招标方式开展了共计1200亿元的7天和14天期限逆回购操作。其中14天期限操作为2月10日以来首次开展，利率降低20个基点。当日有800亿元逆回购到期，央行实现净投放400亿元。
央行发布公告称，为维护半年末流动性平稳，当日开展500亿元7天期限逆回购操作，中标利率为2.2%，与前次持平；同时开展700亿元14天期限逆回购操作，中标利率为2.35%，较前次下降20个基点。
方正证券首席经济学家颜色表示，重启14天期逆回购是为了配合特别国债的发行，进行流动性调节，防止季末流动性紧张。利率方面，在3月30日7天期逆回购利率下调20个基点后，此次14天期利率也做出了调整。
当日银行间市场各期限利率均有所上行。18日发布的上海银行（601229）间同业拆放利率（Shibor）显示，隔夜和7天利率分别为2.123%、2.1%，较上一个交易日上行7.5个和4.3个基点；14天利率为2.096%，较上一个交易日上行26.4个基点；一年期利率为2.285%，较上一个交易日上行1.9个基点。
