消息：中行原油宝部分客户有望拿回20%保证金
5月5日消息，据财新报道，中行原油宝事件处理结果为：
1000万以下的小户有机会拿到20%的保证金；1000万以上的大户，则需自行承担全部保证金损失；至于穿仓的部分由中国银行自己承担。
据了解，1000万以下的小户之所以有机会拿回20%本金，是因为原先合同中有低于20%就强行平仓的条款。
据财新记者了解，中行原油宝客户6万余人，1000万元以上的客户不足100户。也就是说，绝大多数人都有希望拿回20%的保证金。
中国银行原油宝事件回顾：
北京时间4月20日晚间至21日凌晨，美原油期货05合约跌成负值，按照原油宝合约规则，4月20日22:00启动移仓，但中行未成功移仓，导致客户巨亏。
21日，中行以“联络CME确认结算价格的有效性和相关结算安排”为由，暂停交易一天。
22日，中行暂停原油宝新开仓交易，给出的22日合约结算价为-37.63美元/桶，即当日美油05合约的结算价，引发投资者严重不满。
事后发酵的十余天内，也引发了银行、证券、期货、监管、法律等各界人士的热议。
