美国需要2万亿美元的资产救助计划
Guggenheim Partners全球首席投资官Scott Minerd周二在给客户的报告中表示，美国可能需要2万亿美元的资产救助计划，再加上庞大的贷款计划，以提供消费者救济并“救助陷入困境的有生存能力的公司”。
Minerd在报告中说：
“鉴于与10至15年前相比我们目前的经济规模，国会通过2万亿美元的TARP式计划可能是适当的。”
TARP是“问题资产救助计划”，这是在2008年金融危机最严重的时期通过的7000亿美元银行救助计划。在2008年11月，美联储还设立了定期资产支持证券贷款计划（TALF），以增加消费者支出从而帮助推动经济发展。
财政部长努钦要求通过8500亿美元的一揽子计划，以挽救航空公司，提供税收减免并刺激经济，因为冠状病毒打击了市场和生产以及消费者支出。
Minerd在报告中说：“关于国会可以一次解决一个受困行业的想法（例如现在提议的以500亿美元拯救航空业的纾困方案）是错误的”。
Minerd周一表示，受病毒影响，有10%到20%的可能性全球会陷入萧条。
