分析网站Kitco高级分析师Jim Wyckoff表示，“似乎在疫情可能给到全球经济增长潜在下行风险之即，贵金属的消费需求也有看跌的一幕，这使得金价再次被推升。”
当前黄金短暂的回落也可被解释为是对近期大幅涨势收益的修正。
瑞讯银行策略师Ipek Ozkardeskaya指出，尽管市场处于避险情绪，黄金仍有下修的可能，价格或短线回测1625水平。
经纪商AxiCorp首席市场分析师Stephen Innes认为，在市场押注央行可能降息之即，黄金还出现的回落最大的紧密联系就是修正了，预期这一修正将令黄金市场更为健康。
技术面认为，高盛预测，在疫情，政治，以及美国大选年之即，黄金或上攻1800大关。
