俄罗斯2019年外汇投诉量因监管收紧而下降
俄罗斯金融监管机构日前公布针对场外外汇交易的投诉量持续下降。
俄罗斯央行对整个2019年针对金融服务公司的投诉进行了分析。根据研究，该国监管机构总体上收到的投诉为246,600件，同比下降2.8％。
其中，针对证券经纪商的投诉总额仅为1000件，比2018年收到的1,439件投诉减少将近30％。而在这之中，俄罗斯监管机构仅收到了40份针对场外外汇经纪人的投诉。
可以说，由于严格的外汇法规和俄罗斯央行限制此类产品的市场营销，俄罗斯投资者对投机产品的兴趣正逐渐减弱。实际上，俄罗斯交易者正从俄罗斯的持牌经纪商那里转移到离岸司法管辖区开设账户。
在两年时间内，俄罗斯央行决定吊销数家经纪公司的外汇交易牌照，从而消除了该国整个外汇市场的竞争。
俄罗斯监管机构最近几个月一直在打击加密货币和外汇行业。该国央行的部分打击行动可以追溯到2018年，该行确定了140家公司，称它们可能在去年早些时候非法向当地消费者提供外汇交易。
但是，俄罗斯央行表示，目前参与非法金融计划的俄罗斯人越来越少。同时，监管机构发现在合法经纪商开立交易账户的数量显著增加。
