CySEC恢复Opteck母公司的CIF牌照
近日，塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）宣布恢复Centralspot Trading的塞浦路斯投资公司（CIF）牌照。
11月8日，CySEC完全暂停了外汇经纪商Opteck的母公司Centralspot Trading的CIF牌照，并命令该公司在既定框架内采取纠正措施。否则CySEC将导致采取其他措施，包括罚款，甚至可能是吊销牌照。
然而，仅在11天后，CySEC就确认Centralspot Trading确实遵守了每一项规定，包括信贷机构和投资公司的审慎要求，并提高了资本比率。
CySEC最初给Centralspot 15天的时间以采取必要的合规措施，在过去的11天里，该公司被禁止提供任何服务或与任何人建立业务关系或吸纳任何新客户。
Centralspot Trading曾在2017年与CySEC有过不愉快，当时该公司的自有品牌Opteck被CySEC标记为违规，并因多次违反多项指控而被CySEC暂时吊销牌照。
具体而言，Opteck因将服务外包给第三方而被罚款50,000欧元，还存在向客户谎报员工资格的情况。
