牌照类型：CIF（塞浦路斯投资商）
申请费用：7000欧元
年费固定量部分为3500欧元，变量部分与公司营业额成正比。
申请时长：2-6个月
（三）监管细则
请注意，塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）没有赔偿权力，因此不会对个人投诉进行调查。然而，CySEC在履行监督任务时考虑了向CySEC提交的所有投诉。
机构名称：投资者赔偿基金（ICF）
申请人不必是塞浦路斯公民。，居住在塞浦路斯的外国人以及塞浦路斯人或居住在国外的外国人也可申请。ICF成员公司在欧盟其他成员国（the third country）设立分支机构提供服务，当地客户同样有权进行索赔。每位客户的索赔金额将根据当地的投资者赔偿机制而定，最高金额不超过20,000欧元。
若该国没有设立投资者赔偿机制，每个账户的最高赔偿金额为3,417欧元。
