CPT Markets将其FCA牌照升级为IFPRU 730K全牌照
据报道，英国零售外汇经纪商CPT Markets已获准将其FCA牌照升级为“IFPRU 730K”全牌照。公司首席执行官Salam Alaswad随后证实了这一消息。
IFPRU 730K牌照是FCA监管牌照中的顶级牌照，除了可以持有客户资金外，还可以开展自营交易，运营多边交易设施等。
CPT Marekts于2008年在英国伦敦成立，一直以来为全球投资者提供外汇及差价合约交易产品。去年在被英国公司Allen Market Limited收购后，CPT Markets扩大了员工规模，并推出了一个新网站。
此前，Divisa UK，ATFX UK、Blackwell UK以及Hantec UK等持有英国FCA牌照的经纪商先后将其牌照升级，以遵守欧盟ESMA的监管新规。
IFPRU 730K牌照授予总部位于英国、自有资本金达到73万欧元(约82万美元)的公司。这些公司必须同时遵守ESMA的《金融工具市场指令》和FCA法规。
此前，FCA还在考虑要求STP经纪商将其牌照升级为完全做市商牌照，以确保经纪商在市场出现意外波动的情况下，有能力覆盖客户账户内的负余额。■
