二元期权平台IQ Option支付45万欧与CySEC和解
时隔两年多后，二元期权经纪商IQ Option Europe Ltd又因为一系列违规行为收到了塞浦路斯证监会（CySEC）的罚单。
塞浦路斯证监会日前发布公告称，IQ Option已支付45万欧元的罚款并与该机构达成和解。
据塞浦路斯证监会调查，作为一家CIF（塞浦路斯投资公司），IQ Option违反了“投资服务活动及受监管市场法”和“预防及防制洗钱法”中的以下规定：
- 针对利益冲突设置并实行有效的组织及行政措施；
- 评估产品及服务是否适合客户；
- 选择交易执行场所时进行专业性评估；
- 保证适当的系统和程序，以便进行客户身份认证、尽职调查和记录留存等工作。
此前IQ Option因未能按照诚实公平的原则为客户提供奖金、在网上提供具有误导性的营销信息、总部不位于塞浦路斯等原因被罚款，后来经过调查，塞浦路斯证监会将罚款减少了2万欧元。该公司于2014年7月30日获得塞浦路斯证监会的牌照，曾用名Investlab Holdings Ltd.
