西班牙证券监管机构证实未授权任何实体经营ICO
西班牙国家证券市场委员会（CNMV）近日证实，尚未正式授权任何实体运营首次代币发行（ICO）。
CNMV于3月26日发布一份正式公告，强调其截至目前既未批准，也未对任何ICO项目进行授权或审查。
CNMV强调，任何发送给潜在ICO投资者的白皮书或其他文件都应包含一份免责声明，澄清该公司未受到CNMV或任何其他政府部门的任何类型的审查。
CNMV指出，任何涉及CNMV的文件，除已获得该机构的正式审查或核准，否则都是不准确或不真实的。
根据公告，CNMV的监管职能目前仅限于审查那些被视为证券的代币，此外，相关ICO项目在低于一定门槛时无需获得CNMV的批准。该门槛为500万欧元以内，指向150个以内的散户投资者，或每个投资者的最低投资者低于10万欧元。
今年1月，CNMV将23家未授权的外汇和加密货币公司列入警告名单，其中包括一家外汇及加密交易所，波兰金融监管局也曾对该公司发出警告，称其未获得经营牌照在波兰开展业务。
