马耳他MFSA任命CipherTrace监管加密货币企业合规性
据马耳他时报3月11日报道，马耳他金融服务管理局（MFSA）已任命区块链安全公司CipherTrace监控马耳他加密货币企业的活动。
CipherTrace首席执行官Joseph Cuschier解释说，CipherTrace现在将负责监督马耳他注册的虚拟资产企业的监管流程和审计风险管理。
CipherTrace总部位于美国，将协助MFSA打击与加密货币有关的洗钱活动以及恐怖主义融资。
MFSA设想通过虚拟财务代理（VFA代理）协调加密货币企业，例如首次代币发行（ICO）运营商和加密货币交易所。 VFA代理机构可以由律师、会计师和审计师代表，为加密货币运营商和MFSA之间架起一座桥梁，对加密货币企业进行尽职调查。
但是，尽管审查人员修改了评估方案，放宽了测试，但约三分之二的VFA代理机构未能通过加密货币代理认证。
据报道，MFSA预计将在2019年3月底之前批准VFA代理机构。一旦获得批准，VFA代理机构将能够为加密货币交易所、钱包和ICO等运营商提交申请。文章称，到目前为止，至少有29名未来的VFA代理机构申请了牌照。
