1%的比特币地址控制着比特币总供应量的87%
比特币的价格波动不断冲击着市场。从高位到低位，比特币似乎在市值和采用方面表现不佳。比特币价格大幅波动的一个解释是，比特币“鲸鱼”（即持有比特币特别多的投资者）正在转移资产。
如今，中国报纸《每日经济新闻》（NBD）的一项研究发现，不到1％的投资者持有目前比特币供应量的87％。从长远来看，这意味着近620亿美元由0.7%的投资者控制。
此外，在2260万个含有比特币的地址中，97.2%的地址比特币不足1个。只有0.7%的投资者钱包里有10个以上的比特币。控制着比特币市场97%以上份额的组织实际上控制着不超过40亿美元的比特币。
比特币最多的两个地址是Bitfinex和Binance。这并不奇怪，因为它们为客户持有大量比特币。
私人投资者只占比特币总地址的14%。约37%的地址在经济上是相关的，即他们属于实际拥有比特币的公司或用户。其余的只是用于支付和简化交易。
