英国经纪商Fixi PLC停止运营 客户资金被FCA冻结
据报道，受FCA监管的英国经纪商Fixi PLC今日在其网站上发布公告表示，在咨询了FCA和专业顾问后已于昨日停止运营，该公司持有的客户资金已经被FCA冻结。
据称此次是Fixi PLC主动要求FCA限制其业务。FCA尊重了该公司的请求，要求Fixi PLC立即停止所有受监管的活动，并在12月28日之前关闭所有未平仓头寸。
与此同时，Fixi PLC的客户也被要求在同一天之前关闭所有未平仓头寸，但该行动需要得到FCA的批准。
FCA还要求该公司收回由第三方持有的交易相关资金。
Fixi PLC网站上显示的官方公告的最后几行声明指出，经纪商客户要求的每次提款都需要得到FCA的批准，公司需要根据客户资金规则为客户分配所有资金。
目前看来英国监管机构正在调查该公司的账目，因此公司的客户服务代表暂时还无法提供有关客户何时可以访问其资金的更多详细信息。
这是英国第二家在12月关闭的经纪商公司。本周早些时候，Formax Prime公司已经停止运营。■
