调查显示：澳大利亚零售投资者偏好使用杠杆
日前研究公司Investment Trends发布了最新投资报告。该报告通过调查8718名澳大利亚在线零售投资者的行为，发现越来越多的人愿意在投资中使用杠杆。
Investment Trends的模型显示，81000名澳大利亚投资者打算在未来12个月内开始使用杠杆，且这一趋势并没有放缓迹象。
分析师John Carver在评论该报告时表示：“在全国范围内，预计有86000名在线投资者在其投资组合中加入杠杆，最常见的是保证金贷款、房屋抵押信贷和房屋贷款再融资工具。这些借款人坚信杠杆是创造财富的有效工具，并认为其他同龄人也应该利用杠杆来实现自己的目标。”
根据这份报告，千禧一代对杠杆投资具有浓厚兴趣。具体而言，约有52%的千禧一代投资者表示他们有兴趣开始使用杠杆。
Carver补充表示：“千禧一代贷款人意识到杠杆投资的诸多好处，特别是其能够产生更多现金流以及实现投资组合多样化。”■
