软银完成跨境移动支付的区块链测试
日本电信巨头软银公司日前完成了一项区块链概念验证（PoC），允许不同运营商之间进行P2P移动支付。
软银表示，这项技术是与区块链初创公司TBCASoft以及纳斯达克上市公司Synchronoss合作开发的。
根据公司声明，两家合作伙伴共同创建了基于区块链的PoC，在不同运营商之间建立了一个分布式网络。该系统有望取代传统的短信系统，并支持更多功能，比如通过运营商网络发送多媒体内容、文档或进行语音通话。
软银还进一步解释说，通过应用分布式网络，用户可以将存储在钱包里的资金以P2P的方式从一家运营商发送到另一家运营商，这在出国旅行时尤其有用。
一年前，软银、TBCASoft和几家全球主要运营商成立了一个运营商区块链研究小组，目标是开发一种跨运营商的区块链支付服务。当时加入该小组的还包括美国运营商Sprint以及台湾最大运营商之一远传电信。■
