SFC警告HongKong Carson Global（香港嘉盛環球）
根据香港证监会SFC近期更新的无牌经营警告名单，名为zygjif的网站与受SFC监管的合规公司Zhong Yang Securities Limited（中阳证券有限公司）并无关联。
该网站给出了两个位于香港的地址，但SFC指出其运营公司并未在这两个地址办公。
HongKong Carson Global Co Limited也不受SFC监管，其对外给出的地址属于另一家公司；此外，该公司有克隆外汇经纪商嘉盛集团之嫌。
该公司网站名为hkgcap, 网站显示的品牌名为“香港嘉盛環球”，自称是“全球领先的差价合约交易平台，受美国金融监管局（NFA）监管”，还自称“在HKIB香港国际版挂牌上市，挂牌代码：91696”。
据汇讯网了解，嘉盛集团曾以“嘉盛香港Forex.com Hong Kong”“嘉盛亚太Forex.com Asia Pacific”“嘉盛外汇Gain Capital Forex”为名在香港经营杠杆式外汇交易业务，与上述被香港证监会警告的公司并无关联。（汇讯网www.FXShell.com）
