金融圈Formax集团收购ZuluTrade集团
FX168财经报社(香港)讯 据Finance Magnates于本周一（10月30日）报道，社交交易软件开发商ZuluTrade刚刚完成了与金融圈（Formax）集团的收购协议。
ZuluTrade成立于2007年，目前的首席执行官为Leon Yohai。
金融圈集团成立于2012年，其创始人Bill Wang兼任董事长及首席执行官。该公司提供如港股和美股、外汇、P2P、小额和微型贷款等互联网金融相关产品和服务。并提供包括财富管理、投资咨询和消费金融信贷领域的综合金融产品和服务。
金融圈集团在中国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、香港、越南等世界各地建立了众多子公司，并在包括北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都等在内的中国的33各主要城市设有分支机构。
