马耳他拟对加密货币投资基金制定规则
马耳他金融服务管理局(MFSA)10月23日宣布，拟对数字货币投资基金制定规则，该规则将指导专业投资者、招募投资人管理风险并进行自管。
“MFSA正在制定规则手册来规范专业投资人基金(PIFs)，这些基金以虚拟货币作为投资标的。MFSA目前正在考虑是否应该允许另类投资基金投资虚拟货币。”
“引入新规则主要是为了保护投资者的利益，并在虚拟货币环境下保护金融市场的完整性。”
据公告，MFSA将在11月10日之前接受潜在投资人员的意见，以调整拟议的规则。■
