关于 XAUUSD 的一点新体会
前面聊了假突破、聊了进场节奏，这两天又有一个很深的感受：很多人做不好黄金，不是因为不会，而是因为“什么都想做”。
行情一动，就觉得是机会；价格一波动，就想参与。结果一天做了很多单，却发现账户没怎么增长，反而更累。
但你回头看，会发现真正有价值的行情，其实并不多。黄金大部分时间都是在震荡、在洗人，真正顺畅的趋势，往往只出现在少数几个时间段。
问题就在这里——你把精力浪费在了“不该做的行情”上。
慢慢你会明白，交易不是在找机会，而是在筛选机会。
不是每一波都要参与，而是只做那些“看得懂、拿得住”的。
我这两天刻意做了一件事：
减少出手次数，只等最清晰的结构出现。
结果很明显——
单子少了，但质量高了，心态也稳定了。
交易到最后，比的不是谁做得多，而是谁能忍。
