美元走强、美债收益率回升，美联储降息押注降温，叠加风险资产情绪回暖，黄金避险需求减弱。午后反弹仅为超跌修复，并非趋势反转。黄金反弹至4387触及压力位，量能萎缩，早盘跳水打破短期震荡格局，晚间空头趋势明确。
建议：4400-4510附近布局箜，止笋4520规避假突破，目标看4360，4350
