就业增长本身不算差，但失业率和薪资表现显示劳动力市场有降温迹象。
从宏观逻辑看：
就业没有明显过热 → 美联储继续保持谨慎的空间仍在
美元短线承压 → 对黄金形成一定支撑
目前更像是方向不明朗、以预期博弈为主的阶段，
行情容易反复，对交易执行和仓位控制的要求反而更高。
后面重点还是看通胀数据和美联储表态，
单一非农很难直接决定趋势。
