As someone still new on my trading journey, reading about the CBEX case honestly makes me more cautious than ever. At first glance, the idea of doubling your money in a month sounds exciting, but now I can see how these promises are designed to play on emotions, not logic. The fact that CBEX used fancy AI claims and a legit-sounding name makes it even harder for beginners like me to spot the danger. Seeing investors lose trillions of naira because they trusted the wrong platform reminds me why regulation and transparency matter so much. For me, this is another lesson that if a return sounds magical, it’s probably a trap. I’d rather grow slowly with real trading than chase something that can disappear overnight.
