CySEC撤销两家公司塞浦路斯投资公司授权
塞浦路斯证券和交易委员会（CySEC）周二宣布已撤销AAA Trade Ltd以及Stockstech Investments Ltd的塞浦路斯投资公司（CIF）授权，编号分别为244/14、419/22。
根据2017年《投资服务与活动和受监管市场法》第8(1)(a)条和DI87-05号指令第4(7)条，CySEC决定撤销上述两家公司的塞浦路斯投资公司授权。
该监管机构解释道，它做出这个决定是因为这两家公司已经自愿放弃其授权。
上个月，Fazzaco提供了关于CySEC的2023年年度监管报告解读，其中包括反洗钱/反恐怖主义融资、罚款、加密资产市场监管法规（MiCA）等。
