Perumahan Baru di AS turun 14,7% di bulan Maret menjadi 1,32 juta unit, menurut data bulanan yang diterbitkan oleh Biro Sensus AS pada hari Selasa. Angka ini mengikuti kenaikan 12,7% (direvisi dari 10,7%) yang tercatat di bulan Februari.

Pada periode yang sama, Izin Mendirikan Bangunan turun 4,3% setelah naik 2,3% (direvisi dari 1,9%) di bulan Januari.
