Berita minyak dan penggerak pasar: IEA melawan OPEC
- Prospek permintaan minyak dari OPEC dan IEA sangat berbeda. Meskipun IEA menyerukan penurunan permintaan pada tahun 2024 dan 2025, OPEC pada hari Kamis mengatakan pihaknya mengamati permintaan musim panas dengan sangat cermat karena mereka tidak akan mampu menangani peningkatan permintaan yang tidak terduga.
- Lebih lanjut dalam laporan IEA pada hari Jumat ini: lebih dari 3 juta barel per hari akan ditambahkan berasal dari proyek-proyek non-OPEC, dengan Brazil sebagai kontributor terbesar.
- Produksi OPEC meningkat 110.000 barel per hari dibandingkan data bulan Februari. Arab Saudi dan Kuwait menyumbang sedikit peningkatan, menurut Bloomberg.
