“Bahkan setelah perubahan kebijakan di bulan Maret, suku bunga diperkirakan akan tetap rendah dan suku bunga riil akan tetap berada di wilayah yang sangat negatif,” kata Gubernur Bank of Japan (BoJ) Kazuao Ueda pada hari Selasa.
