Pasangan ini menyelesaikan sesi di dekat titik tertinggi pertengahan minggu ini tetapi di bawah angka 192,00. Dengan GBP/JPY mencapai titik tertinggi dan terendah yang lebih rendah, pasangan ini sedikit condong ke bawah, meskipun berdiri di atas Ichimoku Cloud (Kumo).
Oleh karena itu, support pertama GBP/JPY adalah Senkou Span A di 190,96. Penembusannya akan mengekspos Kijun-Sen di 190,74, diikuti terendah 2 April di 190,03. Penurunan lebih lanjut terlihat di Senkou Span B di 189,38.
