FxPro汇评：美国住房市场：价格较低，但成交量较大
美国新屋销售减缓了复苏，2月份增长0.3%至66.2万套，低于预期的3%。从2019年初到2020年2月，这些数值均近年来的正常水平。
FxPro高级分析师Alex Kuptsikevich指出：也许唯一能提醒人们美联储利率接近几十年来高点的是价格下跌。2月份，中位数销售价格下跌3.5%至400.5万美元，为2021年6月以来的最低水平，比2022年10月496.8万美元的峰值低近20%。新房价格从2007年的峰值到2009年的低谷的跌幅也大致相同。
价格正从明显膨胀的水平下降，导致通胀率降低。将销量保持在“健康”水平，并不会引发人们对经济的担忧。
