行动力强
有些人空有想法，但是缺乏说干就干的魄力。其实，很多了不起的成就，都是由一个个微小的行动组成的。我们既要有明确的计划，也要有执行力，这样才能化行动为结果，开始走上坡路。提高自己的执行力，把每一次的“待会儿再说”，换成“现在就做”。只有行动起来，你才有可能拥抱向往的生活。
能保持冷静
走上坡路的人，并不是没有情绪，而是学会了如何调整自己的情绪，让自己保持冷静。他们在面临挫折时，能迅速从消极情绪中恢复，并转化为积极的行动。遇事别着急，稳住自己，冷静思考，不过分担心和恐惧，才能更好地掌控自己的生活，主导自己的人生。
