Tahun lalu, Franc Swiss (CHF) menjadi mata uang G10 dengan kinerja terbaik. Nasibnya telah berubah tahun ini. Ekonom di Rabobank menganalisis prospek CHF menjelang pertemuan SNB pada hari Kamis.

SNB akan menyambut CHF yang lebih lemah

Pemotongan suku bunga pada minggu ini akan semakin melemahkan prospek CHF, terutama mengingat 'tema lebih tinggi untuk jangka panjang' yang terkait dengan The Fed.

Mengingat tekanan disinflasi/deflasi yang dialami Swiss selama beberapa dekade dan nilai tukar yang terlalu tinggi, kami memperkirakan SNB akan menyambut pelemahan CHF.
