有时候觉得做交易是世界上最幸福的职业，有的时候又觉得做交易是世界上最艰难的职业，并且后者出现的频率更多一些。尤其是在还没有完成资本积累的初期阶段，焦虑和不安时常涌上心头，人时不时地就会变得emo起来。
常年与金融市场打交道的人，无可避免地会出现焦虑情绪，这是市场的一种属性，就好像是魔法一样。越是新手的交易员越容易被情绪拿捏，而越是老练的交易员越懂得如何排解这种情绪，不让情绪对交易造成负面影响。不同的人有不同的排解压力的方式，我喜欢在咖啡店看书，看营业的人接待客户，看男女在这相亲，看形形色色的人。吃过中饭，陷在咖啡店的沙发里面一坐可以坐一个下午。
波段交易员的工作性质决定了我们无须与任何人打交道，但是正因如此，我们才更加努力地寻找着自己与社会的连接点，摸索自己在社会中的位置。我更新小红书的目的也不过于此。
