 Dalam laporan bulanannya yang diterbitkan pada hari Senin, Bundesbank Jerman mengatakan bahwa Jerman kemungkinan berada dalam resesi saat ini, dengan alasan permintaan eksternal yang lemah, konsumsi yang lesu, dan investasi yang hati-hati.

 “Masih belum ada pemulihan bagi perekonomian Jerman,” tulis publikasi tersebut.  “Output bisa turun sedikit lagi pada kuartal pertama tahun 2024. Dengan penurunan output perekonomian yang kedua berturut-turut, perekonomian Jerman akan berada dalam resesi teknis.”
