京东诉阿里“二选一”案一审胜诉！阿里需赔偿10亿元
12月29日，京东官方宣布，北京市高级人民法院对京东诉阿里巴巴“二选一”案作出裁决，判定京东一审胜诉，并要求阿里巴巴赔偿10亿元。
京东和阿里巴巴的上述纠纷可以追溯到2013年。当时京东就曾控诉，阿里巴巴强迫商家在两家公司之间“二选一”。
2015年，阿里巴巴的“二选一”行为影响扩大，引发诸多商家不满。随后京东向中国国家工商总局实名举报阿里巴巴。
2017年，京东正式向北京市高级人民法院起诉阿里巴巴的“二选一"行为。
2019年，最高人民法院作出终审裁定，驳回阿里巴巴关于“管辖权异议”的请求，认定北京市高级人民法院对此案有管辖权。然后就是今天京东宣布一审胜诉。
值得一提的是，2021年4月，阿里巴巴就因“二选一"的行为被国家市场监管总局处以行政罚款182.28亿元人民币，创下历史记录，引发广泛讨论。
在声明中，京东强调，此次判决不仅是京东反抗“二选一”垄断行为的一次公正裁决，更是以法治维护市场公平竞争秩序的标志性时刻，也将是中国反垄断法治进程中浓墨重彩的一笔。
