在最新的执法行动中，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会 (ASIC) 暂停了提供外汇和差价合约 (CFD) 工具的场外衍生品发行商 Prospero Markets Pty Ltd (Prospero) 的牌照，原因是该公司未能提交财务报表和审计报告。
根据今日（周五）官方公告，该公司的澳大利亚金融服务（AFS）牌照已于2023年12月20日暂停，有效期至2024年2月28日。该经纪商已向监管机构承诺不会处理此类事件未经监管协议的客户资金。
未能提交财务报表
此举是因为该经纪商“未能在规定的时间内并按照其 AFS 许可条件提交截至 2023 年 6 月 30 日的财政年度的年度财务报表和审计报告。” 随着监管机构于 2023 年 11 月 16 日对该经纪商进行调查，调查该经纪商自 2021 年 3 月 1 日起涉嫌违规行为，这一事件浮出水面。
监管机构强调，如果券商未能在停牌期内提交财务报表和报告，监管机构将考虑延长停牌时间，甚至取消牌照。
