1. Sản xuất giảm, bán lẻ tăng ở Nhật Bản tháng 11. Tuy nhiên, phục hồi kinh tế vẫn chưa đủ ổn định. BOJ có thể muốn chờ đợi tăng trưởng GDP trước khi quyết định tăng lãi suất.
2. Giá dầu giữ ở mức thấp sau thông tin về việc dự kiến có thêm nguồn cung dư thừa. API báo cáo rằng dự trữ dầu tăng cả trên toàn quốc và tại Cushing. Giá dầu WTI duy trì trên mức $74/thùng sau khi giảm 1.9% vào ngày thứ Tư.
