FxPro汇评：另一批强劲数据支持美国股市的FOMO
消费者信心和美国二手房销售市场的反弹优于预期——这是全球最大经济体的又一个经济惊喜。
FxPro高级分析师Alex Kuptsikevich指出：12月份消费者信心指数上升9.7点，达到110.7点，高于预期的104.6点。上升的指标表明消费意愿增强，这通常被认为是股市的好消息。
此外，在经历了五个月的缩紧后，11月份二手房销售上升0.8%，原因是抵押贷款利率在长期政府债券收益率之后从创纪录水平回落。由于房价中值连续第六个月下降，如果将当前的销售增长视为逆转，那就有点太轻率了。此外，应该注意的是，在抵押贷款危机最严重的时候，房屋销售仅连续四个月低于当前水平。房地产市场的疲软可能是有利于美联储放松其政策的一个因素，这可能暂时支撑美国股指的看涨情绪，纳斯达克100指数和道琼斯30指数几乎每天都在刷新历史高点。
