南京市房产局回应新房业主“限跌建议”：约谈引导促进市场平稳
据人民网“领导留言板”12月15日消息，针对网民关于“针对南京新房期房降价，应有限跌政策出台”的留言，南京市住房保障和房产局回复称，受多方面因素影响，部分楼盘去化压力持续加大，部分企业采取了打折促销活动，针对此类情况，各属地部门通过约谈进行引导，促进市场平稳运行。
网民11月23日在人民网“领导留言板”向江苏省南京市市长留言称，针对南京新房期房降价，应有限跌政策出台。其称，房地产经济下行趋势下，房产价格下跌是市场选择的行为，这我们都能理解，但是当初房价上涨过快时，政府能够及时出面制止，那么房价下跌过快是否也应该有相应政策能够干预呢？我是今年8月于南京市栖霞区西岗街道泷悦雅颂购房的业主，3个月后的11月，我们得知开发商已经在备案价格基础上降价接近20%出售。我们与开发商协商沟通补偿并没有成功，原因是他们觉得这属于正常市场行为。
