小型股迎来升势：12月罗素2000跑赢S&P 500
12月罗素2000小型股指数出现强劲反弹，回报超越大型股标准普尔500指数。小型股表现出显著的实力，本月飙升7.7%，比起大型股高出4.6%，这是自2021 年1月以来罗素2000指数相对表现最杰出的一次。
根据 FactSet 数据，罗素2000指数上一次如此程度地超越标准普尔500指数是在2021年1月，当月小型股上涨5%，而标准普尔指数则下跌1.1%。
美联储再次对利率保持不变，但为 2024 年可能降息打开了大门后，涨势如踩油门般加速。罗素 2000 指数昨日收于 2,000.51，距离7月创下的一年期高峰 2003.18仅一步之遥。
这可能标志着此前落后的小型股在经历了艰难的一年后迎来转折。今年迄今为止，罗素2000 指数进入12月之际仅上涨 10.6%，远远落后标准普尔 500 指数 22.6% 的涨幅和纳斯达克指数 40.8% 的涨幅。但本月展现惊人速度，小型股指数可能会以强势回归之姿结束 2023 年。
