EBC环球焦点|欧洲利率决议泼冷水 欧元兑瑞郎走强
周五（12月15日）欧洲货币整体上涨，当地决策者态度比美联储更鹰派。其中瑞郎兑欧元今年以来涨幅近5%，上周一度触及2015年1月后最高点。
欧洲央行对于很快降息的市场预期泼冷水，即便通胀预期下滑，重申借贷成本仍会维持在历史高位。
行长拉加德表示，通胀很快会出现反弹，物价压力还是很大。此外，欧洲央行还计划逐渐退出购债项目。
拉加德指出，明年上半年会有大量数据用以辨别通胀路径，暗示第二季度之前不太可能进行降息。
欧洲央行还下调了对于经济成长和通胀的预测，意味着其紧缩周期已经结束。另一方面，瑞士央行也在维持利率不变并下调了通胀预测。
行长乔丹强调了经济不确定性，试图压低降息预期，不过经济学家对此的解读是向鸽派立场在转变。
欧元兑瑞郎在日图上形成双重底后看起来偏向看多，首先要攻克的是50日移动均线，而关键心理点位1.00是扭转长期下行趋势的关键。
