朱鹤新正式出任央行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长。
12月8日，国务院任免国家工作人员，其中，任命朱鹤新为中国人民银行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长，免去潘功胜的国家外汇管理局局长职务。
此前，朱鹤新已出任央行党委委员、外汇局党组书记。11月24日下午，国家外汇管理局召开干部会议。中央组织部有关负责同志宣布了中央决定：朱鹤新同志任中国人民银行党委委员、国家外汇管理局党组书记。免去潘功胜同志的国家外汇管理局党组书记职务。
