美国11月小非农ADP就业人数增加10.3万人，不及预期值13万人与前值10.6万人，此外工资增速创两年多来新低。留职者工资增速连续第14个月下降，休闲和酒店业就业人数三年来首次下滑。整体而论，美国11月小非农数据不及预期，加上此前JOLTs职位空缺数也不及预期，美国劳动力市场显著放缓，故黄金以偏多布局为主要思路。
